The Cliffs sees continued record sales and demand in first half of 2021

The Cliffs announced that real estate sales by its brokerage teams totaled $105,922,524 in the first half of 2021. This represents 163 transactions and a 125% volume increase from the same period last year. An additional 72 sales for $51,625,375 are currently pending across The Cliffs’ seven mountain and lake club communities.
“The Cliffs continues to see record sales across our portfolio, confirming that the demand within private club communities is here to stay,” said Rob Duckett, president of The Cliffs. “New and prospective owners are also realizing added benefits under the leadership of South Street Partners, including exciting releases from Cliffs Builders as well as new state-of-the-art amenities that continue to be added across our clubs.”
The Cliffs is also pleased to recognize Sales Executive Tim Enterkin as its top producer for the first half of 2021 with an impressive 28 closings for $17,294,750.
In addition to its real estate success, The Cliffs continues to expand its offerings through Cliffs Builders with the recent release of 52 homesites between three new enclaves: Golf Ridge at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, Solstice Park at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs and Lake Ridge at The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs. These unique new opportunities marry custom-build gratification with built-for-sale simplicity through a streamlined process and are strategically located near club amenities.
