The Cliffs sees strong real estate sales and demand for mountain and lake regions in first half of 2020

The Cliffs announced that real estate sales by Cliffs Realty and Walnut Cove Realty totaled $47,000,000 in the first half of 2020, with an additional $50,000,000 in sales currently pending. The collection of private residential communities located in the idyllic setting of the Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains experienced strong real estate sales in the year’s first two quarters and saw a surge in demand for secluded home locations.

The Cliffs was, and is, uniquely positioned to meet and exceed this demand with our locations just outside the thriving cities of Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC, stunning homes, tranquil settings, and unparalleled suite of amenities.”

In The Lake Region, which includes The Cliffs at Keowee Springs, The Cliffs at Keowee Falls, and The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, Cliffs Realty closed 27 properties for a total sales volume of $22,000,000. In The Mountain Region, which includes The Cliffs Valley, The Cliffs at Mountain Park, and The Cliffs at Glassy, Cliffs Realty closed 20 properties for a total sales volume of $8,300,000 in the first half of the year. Walnut Cove Realty in Asheville closed 18 properties for a total sales volume of $17,000,000.

The Cliffs also recognizes top sales leaders including Tim Enterkin, who closed $11,768,453 in sales in The Lake Region. Josh Smith was the top performer in The Asheville Region with $3,925,000 in sales and in The Mountain Region, Vince Roser was the top performer with $3,003,400 in sales.

Recently, The Cliffs announced Meadowview at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, an exclusive new neighborhood by Cliffs Builders. The launch of Meadowview marked the first enclave by Cliffs Builders, a homebuilding program that combines custom-build gratification with built-for-sale simplicity through offering buyers a range of unique floor plans and interior packages. Located minutes from Asheville, Meadowview boasts a coveted placement within the Walnut Cove community and offers 12 built-for-sale homesites ranging from 0.27 to 0.69 acres.
