The Great Pumpkin Patch Dip

Want to know why Linus is still waiting for the Great Pumpkin? Because we turned him into a yummy, creamy, healthy, dip. 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 – 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree (100% pumpkin)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup (100% & organic) or Stevia to sweeten
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • Raw fruits and veggies, cleaned and cut
  • Pitas and pretzels (optional)

 

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in a bowl and stir with a spoon until very smooth.
  2. Serve dip with a variety of RAW LIVE fruits and veggies and pita triangles or pretzels.

 

Serves 10.
