History
In the fall of 2015, The Honor Project introduced its first ‘WildMayhem Charitable Golf Tournament, Raffle and Auction’, which took place at Cobblestone Park Golf Club in Blythewood, SC and directly benefited the South Carolina Special Olympics. Proceeds to the SCSO exceeded $20,500.
One year later, the Honor Project’s 2nd annual WildMayhem Golf Tournament equally benefited the South Carolina Special Olympics and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Both organizations received donation checks for over $9,600.
The Honor Project’s 3rd annual WildMayhem Golf Tournament, Raffle and Auction, rescheduled twice due to severe inclement weather, took place on November 8th, 2017. Even with two postponements, the tournament was still a success, raising a total of $26,606.37 to benefit affiliated charities of local first responders: The Columbia Police Foundation, the South Carolina EMS Memorial Bike Ride and the Columbia Fire Family Association.
