The Inn at Patrick Square celebrates grand opening

The Inn at Patrick Square celebrated its official grand opening. Invited guests, members of the community and dignitaries gathered to cut the ribbon and see all that the new hotel has to offer. As a part of the celebration, The Inn at Patrick Square is proud to honor Clemson University President Emeritus Jim Barker and his wife, Marcia, by pledging 1% of room revenue for the first five years to the Clemson Foundation Barker Scholars Endowment and naming the Barker Ballroom as a tribute to their ongoing commitment to Clemson students.
“The scholarship I received as a student made all of the difference to me. It shaped my entire career and gave me the opportunity to become the person that I am today,” stated President Barker.
With a total of 36 guest rooms and 9 suites, The Inn delivers well-appointed accommodations that combines Southern charm with modern luxury.
