The Jackson Companies In Myrtle Beach, SC, Names Gregory White Project Coordinator

MYRTLE BEACH, SC – The Jackson Companies in Myrtle Beach, S.C., has named Gregory White to the position of Project Coordinator. He is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of new development projects owned by the company.

White previously began working with The Jackson Companies in 2011 as Owner Representative for the phase three expansion of the SayeBrook Town Center which includes the construction of the expanded infrastructure for the Town Center and the Target, Marshalls and Petco sites. In addition, White coordinated the construction of the expanded Ocean Lakes Village project where the area’s only Walmart Neighborhood Market is located on 17 Business. He brings more than 20 years of experience working with local, national, residential and commercial construction companies in South Carolina and Virginia.

Locally, White has also worked on some of the area’s largest projects including the renovation of the former Air Force Base Hospital and expanded administrative offices for Horry County Schools.

White resides in Myrtle Beach with his wife Shirley. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Roanoke College in Salem, Va., and attended Northern Virginia Community College and Horry Georgetown Technical College, where he focused on construction management.
