The Perfect Quiche

The perfect quiche? Yes! This quiche is perfect for Sunday brunch or a weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 deep dish frozen pie shell (whole grain or gluten free)
- 2 cups of broccoli, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup frozen chopped onions
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1 cup shredded cheese (marble or cheddar)
- 4 large eggs, whipped
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Price bottom of pie crust with fork several times.
- Place pie crust on a cookie sheet.
- Mix veggies with basil and place in pie crust.
- Sprinkle cheese all over veggies.
- Whip eggs, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Carefully pour egg mixture over cheese.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes until egg mixture is cooked through and crust is lightly browned.
- Allow to cook 6-8 minutes before cutting.
