The Rusty Rudder Mount Pleasant Welcomes New General Manager

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – The Rusty Rudder, one of Mount Pleasant’s newest neighborhood restaurant and bar, welcomes Robert (Bo) Tamplin as new acting general manager.
Tamplin is a Rusty Rudder veteran spending the past two and a half years as the front of house manager for The Rusty Rudder’s flagship location on Lake Norman in Cornelius, N.C. Prior to joining The Rudder family, he accumulated more than 12 years of food and beverage experience including serving, bartending and management in the Charlotte/Concord areas of North Carolina.
“I am very excited to continue my career with The Rusty Rudder. They are a great group to work with and I am enjoying getting to know the Lowcountry and all it has to offer.” says Tamplin.
Tamplin is originally from Concord, N.C. and attended Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, N.C. where he received his bachelors in Food and Beverage Management.
