The three men bring a wealth of experience to their partnership. The Wolfes, both brokers, were raised in the real estate business, following in grandfather Jack Ulmer and father Oliver Wolfe’s footsteps. Steve Taylor, a certified property manager, has 35 years of experience in property management, real estate sales, and construction and renovation/rehab maintenance.

All three men are Columbia natives, with Dana and Steve graduating Spring Valley High School together, before becoming roommates at the University of South Carolina, while Jack graduated Dreher High School and the Citadel. Their love for Columbia and long history here defines their service to clients. At Wolfe and Taylor, experienced brokers, agents, and managers are prepared to meet all real estate needs. Dana and Jack Wolfe will focus on the real estate sales side of the business, while Taylor will focus on property management.

Their childhood history is apparent when Taylor says, “Dana is lucky to have me!” The mood in the office is light, with plenty of laughs, because Dana, Jack, Steve, and Wolfe and Taylor’s agents and staff love what they do, and enjoy every moment they spend working for their clients.
