Think Up Consulting was named the #1 Small Company Top Workplace in South Carolina by Integrated Media Publishing. Founder and CEO, Ron Doney, was also presented with the Small Company Leadership Award. The Top Workplaces award is given based on employee feedback gathered by third-party research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.
