August 12, 2024

Brady Thomas and Amy Hill, two partners at Richardson Thomas, are honored in the latest edition of Columbia Business Monthly’s “Legal Elite of the Midlands.”

Thomas is listed among the region’s top attorneys in Medical Malpractice, Plaintiff, and Hill is recognized as a leading business litigator.

Thomas, one of the founders of the firm, represents victims and their families in a range of medical malpractice lawsuits, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He also fights for victims of dangerous products, working to hold manufacturers accountable when their products cause serious injuries.

Hill is an experienced litigator who’s practiced for more than two decades in South Carolina, representing businesses, public utilities and individuals in state and federal courts as well as before arbitration panels regarding personal injuries as well as financial injuries. Amy works to protect her clients’ rights after suffering a wrongdoing at the hands of a third party.

Published annually by Columbia Business Monthly since 2010, Legal Elite honors the Midlands’ top lawyers in 50 practice areas. Selection begins with a nomination from another attorney. A poll of the active lawyers in the region decides the final lists.
