Thomas Otis, CCIM Joins NAI Avant in Charleston

Otis began his real estate career in 1994, and specializes in office and investment properties. Over the last 18 years, Otis has gained extensive experience in banking, commercial real estate brokerage and development, operations management and financial management.
Otis also holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. During his real estate career, he has been involved in transactions or debt financings in excess of $110 Million. Otis received his Undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and his Masters degree from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
