Three agents join the Pelham Road office of C. Dan Joyner, Realtors

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS announced the addition of three new real estate professionals. Catherine Benecke, Joe Sharp, and Lauren Flinte have joined the company’s Pelham Road office as sales associates.
After graduating from Cleveland State University with her bachelors in business administration, Benecke went on to gain ten years of professional business management experience. Because of family involvement in the military, she and her family have moved across the country numerous times. Benecke now lives in Fountain Inn, and is a member of the Pam McCurry Team with Berkshire Hathaway C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS.
Sharp received his Bachelor of Science in psychology from Lander University in Greenwood, SC. During his college career he served as a swim coach for Pebble Creek Country Club and subsequently worked at Century Mini as a service advisor. Although originally from Leicester England, Sharp has lived most of his life in Greenville, SC, where he now resides.
Flinte earned her bachelor’s degree in special education from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. After graduation, Flinte continued to refine her people skills by partnering with students, parents, and teachers to achieve incredible goals. Her knack for problem solving and attention to detail led her to start a professional organizing company called Upstate Clutter Coach, in which she continues to equip others for success by restructuring spaces and systems. Flinte lives in Greer, SC, with her husband and two children.
