Three new Take Five Oil Change locations to the S.C. Lowcountry

NAI Charleston announces that veteran broker Will Sherrod, CCIM has recently represented Take Five Oil Change in the acquisition of three new locations. The first is situated on Highway 176 in Summerville. This Cane Bay location is currently under construction. The next is on Church Street in Conway, and it is also currently under construction. The most recent closing is located at 4608 Highway 17 in Myrtle Beach and is beginning construction now.
