Three Upstate Collegiates Selected for JDPR’s Executive Management Assistance Program

GREENVILLE, SC – September 8, 2010 – Jeff Dezen Public Relations (JDPR) selected Jenn Atkins, Charlotte Bissell and Kasey Feigenbaum to join the company’s Executive Management Assistance Program (EMAP).  A 14-week internship designed to give college students professional experience in a Public Relations firm, EMAP offers students hands-on exposure to JDPR ‘s techniques and approach to service clients and work with regional and national media.  
   
Atkins, a senior at Clemson University, is pursuing a degree in Communications Studies with concentrations in Public Relations and Advertising.  Atkins other Public Relations experience includes interning in the PR department of the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce.   

Bissell is a senior at Furman University, graduating with a degree in Communication Studies.  Bissell recently completed an internship in the Public Relations Department of SPANX, Inc. in Atlanta, Ga.
   
Feigenbaum is a senior, Communications Studies major from Furman University.  Feigenbaum’s experience includes a prior internship with WHNS -TVFox Carolina in Greenville, SC.
