THS Constructors Selected by Nordson to Build New Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Clinton, SC

THS Constructors, Inc., a leading design-build, construction management, and general contracting firm in the Southeast, has been selected by Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions to construct a state-of-the-art, 225,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility in Clinton, South Carolina. This new facility, strategically located off I-385 in Laurens County, will be an expansion of a 60,000-square-foot speculative building that THS Constructors originally completed in 2019 for the City of Clinton.
Tim Thompson, Senior Preconstruction Manager at THS Constructors, expressed enthusiasm for the project, stating, “THS Constructors is excited about partnering with Nordson to build their first advanced manufacturing facility in South Carolina. Nordson’s investment in South Carolina is a testament to South Carolina’s workforce and community.”
The project’s design partners include GPN Architecture, Thomas & Hutton, Arrowood + Arrowood, Langford Electric, Thomas Mechanical, and W.N. Kirkland. The facility is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2024.
