Tim Satterfield Named Vice President and Broker in Charge of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in Spartanburg

SPARTANBURG, SC – February 22, 2011 – Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine recently welcomed Tim Satterfield as vice president and broker in charge of its Spartanburg location. He joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine from the company’s recent partnership with Longleaf Development.
Satterfield specializes in commercial retail, office and small industrial real estate. He worked in the waste management sales industry prior to starting in real estate in 2002.
Satterfield is involved with the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce, Wofford Terrier Club and Lions Club. He is a past president of the Spartanburg Downtown Association and Leadership Spartanburg Alum.
