Todd Serbin Joins Nexsen Pruet's Intellectual Property Group
February 16, 2009COLUMBIA, SC – February 16, 2009 – Todd Serbin has joined Nexsen Pruet as Special Counsel. He will practice in the firm’s Intellectual Property group and focus on matters related to patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and entertainment law.
Serbin has more than 10 years of experience counseling clients ranging in size from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. Having practiced overseas for a number of years, Mr. Serbin brings a wealth of international IP experience to the job.
He was previously with The Modern Judaica Company, LLC in Atlanta, Ehrlich & Fenster, Ltd. in Ramat Gan, Israel and Lott & Friedland, P.A. in Miami.
Serbin earned his B.S.E (Aerospace) from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
Serbin is a native of Columbia and is actively involved in the local community.
