Tom Uva joins Elliott Davis, strengthening firm’s consulting practice

Elliott Davis, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast, welcomes Tom Uva to the firm’s consulting practice. Uva will serve as director for the expanding management consulting services (MCS) practice and is based in the firm’s Greenville headquarters.
Uva will focus the MCS practice on six disciplines, encompassing major challenges faced by business leaders: small and mid-size business strategy, business optimization, project management, technology advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and turnaround/recovery scenarios. With Uva’s leadership, Elliott Davis will take a proactive and practical approach to helping businesses continuously improve.

Uva has more than 25 years of operational experience in a variety of industries including aerospace and defense, distribution, financial services, and public utilities. Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Uva served as chief information officer and vice president of business optimization of a $1B+ distribution company. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member in graduate level programs at Clemson University and Syracuse University.
