Tomato Flower Salad

- 3 Roma Tomatoes, washed and sliced thin
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. garlic hummus
- 2 Tbsp. Feta cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Arrange sliced tomatoes in a flower shape on a serving plate.
- Arrange torn basil leaves among sliced tomatoes.
- Place a dollop of hummus in center of tomatoes and top with a small basil leaf.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on tomato slices.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
