Tomato Flower Salad

  • 3 Roma Tomatoes, washed and sliced thin
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic hummus
  • 2 Tbsp. Feta cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Arrange sliced tomatoes in a flower shape on a serving plate.
  2. Arrange torn basil leaves among sliced tomatoes.
  3. Place a dollop of hummus in center of tomatoes and top with a small basil leaf.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on tomato slices.
  5. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
