Top Workplaces® President to lead employee engagement webinar

March 9, 2022

Several recent studies, including one from the MIT Sloan School of Management (https://bit.ly/workculturestudy), reveal the Number One reason people leave a job is toxic work culture. Salary ranks as low as 10th in importance. With the current rate of resignations at historic highs, building positive workplace cultures and keeping employees engaged is imperative to success.

On Wednesday, March 23, the Greenville chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) will present a webinar titled “Employee Engagement in the Age of a Hybrid Workforce.” Open to everyone, the webinar is designed to teach employers, people managers and HR professionals what drives employee engagement; what is needed to build a winning culture; and how the state of employee engagement has evolved through the pandemic.

Headlining the webinar is Dan Kessler, one of the country’s foremost authorities on employee engagement and workplace culture. Kessler’s company Energage is the research arm of the Top Workplaces® Award, arguably the most respected award competitions recognizing businesses that place an emphasis on creating and maintaining thriving workplace cultures.

The cost is $15 and advance registration is required. Details are available at https://bit.ly/Workculture_GSHRM.
