Towers Rice Joins the NAI Earle Furman Industrial Division

GREENVILLE, SC – May 9, 2012 – NAI Earle Furman recently welcomed Towers Rice to the Industrial Division as a broker. Towers is a Greenville native and has been involved in the real estate and construction industry for more than 25 years.

Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, Towers worked with Spectrum Commercial Properties, RealtyLink, LLC, and Overhead Door Company. He has been involved with brokerage, development and construction of projects for commercial, retail and industrial buildings, and has an extensive knowledge of all phases of development for build-to-suit projects. He is qualified in both acquisitions and disposal of properties as well as tenant or landlord representation.

Towers is also active in the community, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Powdersville Water District, is on the Anderson County Economic Development Advisory Board, and is President of the Kiwanis Club of Greenville. Towers graduated from The Citadel in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration. He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
