TriCounty Link (TCL) is hosting a series of open houses this month to support its upcoming transit study project. The TCL transit study, Transit Study – TriCounty Link, will help plan for more efficient, effective, and convenient service throughout the TriCounty area, including rural areas of Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties, as well as the rapidly growing Summerville area.
Community members are encouraged to attend one of the following events to learn more about potential service changes and provide input for the project team.
- Charleston County Open House – Monday, November 17, 3:30–6:30 PM
           Johns Island Library, 3531 Maybank Highway, Johns Island, SC 29455
- Berkeley County Open House – Tuesday, November 18, 3:30–6:30 PM
           St. Stephen American Legion Hut, 180 Ravenell Drive, St. Stephen, SC 29479
- Dorchester County Open House – Wednesday, November 19, 3:30–6:30 PM
           Doty Depot Building, 320 North Laurel Street, Summerville, SC 29483
These in-person open houses will be drop-in style events and will not include a formal presentation.

ABOUT TRICOUNTY LINK
The TriCounty Link system consists of nine regular fixed routes and six commuter routes, providing service to rural residents of Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. The current fleet consists of 60 vehicles seating from 14 to 32 passengers. All TriCounty Link vehicles are ADA-compliant and include wheelchair lifts and, on average, two wheelchair tie-down positions per vehicle.
