December 19, 2023

Natasha Chatman will join the organization in February 2024

Trident United Way announced the appointment of Natasha Chatman as Chief Impact Officer. Chatman is currently the Chief Operations & Compliance Officer at Fetter Health Network and will join Trident United Way in February after a period of transition. She has served on the Trident United Way Board of Directors Community Impact Committee since 2018.

As Chief Impact Officer, Chatman will play a key role in driving Trident United Way’s commitment to creating positive change in the lives of individuals and families in the Tri-County. She brings extensive experience in community organizing, education and healthcare, both key pillars in Trident United Way’s mission, and critical in helping families attain household essentials over a lifetime.

Prior to working at Fetter Health Network, Chatman was the Health Careers Program Coordinator at Lowcountry Area Health Education Center and served as a teacher in Dorchester County District 2. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry, as well as a Master of Education degree, all from the College of Charleston.

“Natasha’s infectious commitment to improving lives and removing barriers for families is tangible,” said Trident United Way President & CEO DJ Hampton. “We are fortunate to have someone of her caliber joining our leadership team and are confident that she will lead our impact initiatives and community collaborations with passion and purpose.”
