Trinity Partners announces the sale of 7227 Parklane Rd. in Columbia, SC

Trinity Partners successfully facilitated the disposition of 7227 Parklane Road in Columbia, SC.

Nick Stomski, SIOR, and Roger Winn, SIOR represented the seller, AllSouth Federal Credit Union in the transaction. The property was sold to AHS Investment Holdings, LLC.

7227 Parklane is an 18,450 square foot former bank facility situated on 2.8 acres located in Northeast Columbia. After many years at this location, AllSouth opened a new branch close by at 8352 Parklane Road to better serve their members.
