Trinity Partners represented both sides in the disposition of 1907 Thurmond Mall in Columbia, SC.

Peyton Bryant, CCIM, SIOR, and John Coleman represented the seller and Roger Winn, SIOR, Braden Shockley, SIOR, and Will McGregor represented the buyer. The property was sold to the South Carolina Association of Counties for $1,000,000.

1907 Thurmond Mall is a 5,916 square foot standalone office building located on the corner of Huger and Richland Street. The buyer was attracted to the property due to its one-of-a-kind location and architecture.
