Trinity Partners announces the sale of 7735 Broad River Road

Rob Lapin of Trinity Partners in Columbia recently represented MaxLiving in their purchase of a 2,500 square foot former convenience store.
The property, located at 7735 Broad River Road in Irmo, was purchased from Circle K. Philip Vann and Drew Kirkpatrick of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.
The buyer, MaxLiving focuses on chiropractic and a natural, holistic approach to help people better understand and manage their current and long-term health. MaxLiving currently has three other locations in the Midlands.
MaxLiving plans to increase the square footage of the current building and will occupy the space in 2023.
