Trinity Partners announced the successful sale of a 20,000 square foot office building located at 111 Lancewood Road in Columbia, SC.
The well-positioned property is just minutes from I-20 and I-26, offering exceptional regional connectivity with easy access to downtown Columbia as well as other submarkets. The property was purchased for $900,000.
