Trinity Partners completes sale of prime site in Columbia, SC

Trinity Partners has successfully facilitated the sale of a prime development site along Huger Street at Lady Street, in Columbia’s Historic Vista District.
The 2.43-acre site was sold to Silver Hills Development, a Midwest based multi-family developer who plans to develop a 250-unit multi-family project on the site. The site was a portion of the former headquarters of Kline Iron & Steel Co., Inc. Founded in 1923, Kline was a leading designer and fabricator of broadcast towers and a leader in the structural steel and steel coating industries.
