Trinity Partners completes the sale of high-end development site in North Myrtle Beach

July 24, 2024

Macon Lovelace, SIOR of Trinity Partners recently completed the sale of a 5.24-acre development site in North Myrtle Beach, SC.

The property, located in the Tilghman Estates neighborhood, is unimproved and sold for $6,961,000. The property is a full city block and is one of the largest remaining in-fill development parcels in downtown North Myrtle Beach.

Located across the street from the Surf Golf & Beach Club and two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this was a highly sought-after property, and the sellers thought it was ideal timing to transact on the sale.

The purchaser is planning to build custom homes on the site that will complement the existing neighborhood and surrounding area with low density and high-end finishes. The property is being developed by Jerred Roberts with Beach House Consultants in North Myrtle Beach and he looks forward to getting started on the project at the beginning of 2025.
