Trinity Partners facilitates medical investment sale in Myrtle Beach, SC

Trinity Partners successfully facilitated the sale of a medical investment property in South Carolina’s Grand Strand. The 5,200 square foot medical office building is located at 317 Hinson Drive in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The property is a single-tenant facility leased by Palmetto Infusion, a leading ambulatory and home-based infusion services company serving both acute and chronically ill patients.

Trinity Partners team members, Macon Lovelace, SIOR, Bruce Harper, SIOR and Robbie Cook represented the purchaser in the transaction. The property sold for $2,015,000.
