True-crime cocktail experience comes to Georgetown

March 11, 2026

True-crime enthusiasts can soon experience infamous criminal histories through a theatrical lens at the Serial Killer Speakeasy, an immersive event held at the Winyah Indigo Society Hall on Thursday, March 19 at 6:00 pm.

The 90-minute performance brings the stories of Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, John Wayne Gacy, and Ed Gein to life on stage. Narrated from the perspective of the killers, the event combines the storytelling style of popular true-crime podcasts with an atmospheric, live-performance setting.

Attendees will be served four curated cocktails throughout the evening, each expertly crafted to pair with the specific chilling tale being told. Mixologists and storytellers lead the experience, which aims to blend tension with theatrical intrigue.
