May 6, 2020

Truematter welcomed Tracie Dawson as a full-time content strategist for the Columbia, South Carolina team.

Tracie’s experience writing and teaching has given her a dedication to practicing user empathy. With her knack for improving user experience in ways that also streamline business processes, Tracie will manage truematter’s content with a strong, meticulous work ethic.

“Tracie is a rare talent who combines a deep understanding of content strategy with the practical ability to tame apps, sites, or software through language and words,” says Dean Schuster, founder, partner, and user experience lead at truematter. “She makes even the most complex digital products a joy to use.”

“We are pleased to have someone with Tracie’s unique academic and business background join our team,” says Rusty Farrell, co-founder and partner at truematter. “Having another seasoned user experience and accessibility professional allows us to continue to further refine our leadership position in this space.”

Tracie is just as enthusiastic about joining truematter full-time. “Truematter has a long history of providing innovative, bespoke UX solutions,” she says. “I was really happy to join a team that cares so much about making smart, substantial improvements to digital products.”
