Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels

Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels have a touch of sweetness your kids will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 whole grain (or gluten-free) wrap – 7” to 8”
  • 2 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. whole cranberry sauce (can)
  • 1/8 cup chopped pecans (roasted or raw)
  • Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels1 large Romaine lettuce leaf, washed and dried

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese and cranberry sauce in a small bowl
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of tortilla.
  3. Roughly chop and sprinkle pecans over cream cheese.
  4. Place one large lettuce leaf in center of wrap over pecans.
  5. Distribute 3 slices deli turkey over lettuce.
  6. Roll and wrap securely in plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
  8. Slice into 1” pinwheels.
