Turner Padget elects Richard S. Dukes to Executive Committee; elevates Robyn W. Madden to Shareholder
January 6, 2026Turner Padget announced the election of Shareholder Richard S. Dukes to the firm’s Executive Committee, succeeding Franklin G. Shuler, Jr. upon the completion of his term. The firm also announced that Robyn W. Madden has been elected as a shareholder again, recognizing her significant contributions since rejoining Turner Padget in April 2025.

Dukes is a seasoned trial attorney with a practice spanning business litigation, class actions, products liability, and constitutional law. For more than two decades, he has advised businesses, institutions, and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes. He also has extensive experience representing religious organizations in employment and liability matters, drawing on deep knowledge of First Amendment protections.

Madden focuses her practice on healthcare and professional licensing/administrative law, representing physicians, hospitals, and licensed professionals in civil matters as well as regulatory compliance, investigations, and disciplinary proceedings before South Carolina agencies and boards. She brings more than 20 years of experience navigating the state’s complex regulatory environment and is widely regarded for her strategic counsel and ability to resolve administrative matters efficiently.
