Turner Padget shareholder Richard Dukes elected to Board of Directors for the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel

Turner Padget announces that Charleston-based shareholder Richard Dukes has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel. FDCC is an organization made up of vetted and premier defense and corporate counsel and industry executives dedicated to leading the legal profession. FDCC advances the principles of integrity, professionalism, fair civil justice, and intellectual capital, while fostering the trust and value of fellowship and referrals among its FDCC peers.

Richard is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in business litigation, class actions, products liability, and constitutional law. He has considerable experience in representing religious organizations in employment and liability disputes, leveraging a deep understanding of First Amendment protections, and he regularly advises businesses and individuals on complex litigation matters. Rich also serves as Treasurer of the Professional Liability Attorney Network and is an active member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association (SCDTAA).
