Turner Padget welcomes seasoned litigator Rob Peele

Turner Padget announces the addition of Robert McNair Peele, III, as a shareholder in the firm’s Columbia office. Peele is an experienced litigator who defends businesses and professionals in civil litigation claims. He counsels clients in cases involving insurance coverage, premises liability, trucking and transportation, professional liability, construction defect, and negligence.

Peele works with clients across many industries, working with leading businesses across South Carolina in the construction, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, retail, and trucking and transportation sectors. He is experienced in defending matters before state and federal courts and in the United States Court of Appeals.
