Twin Rivers Capital to Build Family Dollar in Moncks Corner

CHARLESTON, SC –Twin Rivers Capital, LLC recently completed the purchase of 2963 S. Live Oak Dr. in Moncks Corner. Phil Rose of TRC brokered the purchase.
TRC will develop the site, building an 8,320 SF Family Dollar store. HJB Construction, also of Charleston, is the builder. The store is scheduled to open this summer.
