Two from County Selected for North-South Baseball Games

Catcher Zak Rice of the Laurens Raiders and second baseman Kimon Quarles of the Clinton Red Devils have been chosen to play for the North Upstate team in the

North-South baseball games on June 8 at Lexington and Gilbert high schools. Both the Raiders (Class 4A) and the Red Devils (3A) took part in the state playoffs.
