Two Morton & Gettys attorneys included in new edition of Super Lawyers

Two attorneys at Morton & Gettys, Bev Carroll and Nate Pierce, are listed in the latest edition of “South Carolina Super Lawyers.”
Carroll, a certified specialist in employment law, has been included in two previous editions of the national directory of the country’s outstanding attorneys. Pierce, whose practice at Morton & Gettys includes business litigation, is listed in “Rising Stars” for the first time. That designation is reserved for attorneys younger than age 40 or with less than 10 years’ practice.

A highly regarded employment lawyer and leader in the legal community, Carroll is a past president of the South Carolina Bar. She is a skilled litigator and experienced business counselor. She also is a certified mediator.
Pierce, too, is a leader in the legal community. He has served in every position of the York County Bar Association Executive Board, including as president. Nate’s practice focuses on business litigation, probate litigation, and commercial landlord/tenant litigation.
