University Medical Associates Leases Space on Bee Street

CHARLESTON, SC – Buddy Bebergal and Kit Regnery of Carolina Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) announced today that they have finalized a three-year lease of 1,400 sq. ft. of first floor office space at 26 Bee Street to University Medical Associates of the Medical College of South Carolina (MUSC).

Bebergal and Kit Regnery represented the landlord, KAB LLC, and the tenant in the transaction.
