UofSC decides to continue the search for its next president

After interviewing the four presidential candidates recommended by the University of South Carolina Presidential Candidate Search Committee, the Board of Trustees voted to continue the search for the 29th president.
Effective August 1, Brenden Kelly, chancellor of USC Upstate, will assume the position of interim president.
