Upstate Pregnancy Center Hosts Diaper Drive Thru in Laurens on December 10
December 9, 2024Mark your calendars for Tuesday, December 10, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM! Join us in the parking lot of Wattsville Drug (24 Sirrine Street in Laurens) for the next Diaper Drive Thru event. Free diapers and wipes will be distributed to families in need.
Who Can Participate?
Families needing assistance can stop by to receive free diapers and wipes. Please bring the following documents:
- Parent or guardian’s photo ID
- Supporting documentation (e.g., birth certificates, WIC or Medicaid cards, foster care paperwork)
Each eligible family can receive one pack of diapers and wipes per child (up to two children per household). Your ID is only required during your first visit.
Special Collaboration with Carolina Pregnancy Center
The Carolina Pregnancy Center (CPC) from Spartanburg will not be on-site with their mobile unit this month but will be back on the schedule and on location for events in 2025.
How You Can Help
The Diaper Drive Thru depends on generous donations to support families. Larger diaper sizes (size 7) and pull-ups are always in high demand. Consider picking up an extra pack the next time you shop and contributing to this meaningful cause.
Convenient Donation Drop-Off Locations
Donations can be dropped off at the following locations:
- Sadler Hughes Apothecary – Clinton
- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors – Clinton
- Sanitary Market – Laurens (124 E Public Square)
