VC3’s Clark Cooper completes National Certified Government Chief Information Officer program

Clark Cooper, a Virtual Chief Information Officer at VC3, graduated from the University of North Carolina’s (UNC) School of Government National Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) program.

The CGCIO certification program is a 12-month online course with curriculum designed for IT leaders supporting the public sector. UNC’s prestigious School of Government is the largest university-based local government training, advisory, and research organization in the United States.

Clark is an experienced IT professional and has been with VC3 for over twenty years. He currently provides IT leadership and strategic guidance to multiple municipal and commercial customers across South Carolina. Previously, he worked as a systems engineer with several years of experience managing large data centers.
