Verizon Offers Free Workshops to Help Consumers in the Upstate Maximize Device Capabilities

GREENVILLE/SPARTANBURG, SC – February 21, 2012 – To help customers keep up with the blazing speed of technology innovation, Verizon Wireless has announced it will host free local workshops to educate consumers on the basics of wireless platforms and devices. Verizon Wireless is offering a new web resource that allows consumers to search for both basic and advanced local workshops taking place in their area. 

Verizon Wireless data experts and sales representatives lead the workshops to educate consumers on key features and capabilities of their smartphones, tablets, and other Verizon Wireless devices. In addition to in-store workshops, the company offers many of the same workshops online in English, as well as some in Spanish, on-demand at www.verizonwireless.com/workshops.
