With nearly two decades of experience in education, White is known for his strength in creating and sustaining innovative instructional strategies to increase student academic performance and establishing meaningful and effective relationships with community partners. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, strategic use of data, and a deep commitment to student success.
White began his CCSD career as a teacher assistant in November 2004 and became a classroom teacher in 2006. He served in that capacity, planning, preparing, and delivering instruction to scholars until 2012, when he transitioned into school leadership, serving as assistant principal for 11 years.
