Recognized as a 2026 Best Nonprofit Workplace and an Excellence in Nonprofits Award Recipient

We Are Sharing Hope SC (SHSC), South Carolina’s federally designated organ, eye and tissue recovery organization, has been recognized as a 2026 Best Nonprofit Workplace by Best Companies Group, a national leader in workplace culture research and recognition, and as a recipient of the inaugural Excellence in Nonprofits Award from Integrated Media Publishing.

These recognitions highlight SHSC’s commitment to fostering a supportive, mission-driven workplace where employees feel valued, engaged and empowered to carry out the organization’s lifesaving and healing mission.

Best Companies Group has recognized outstanding workplaces for more than 20 years, working with organizations across industries to identify and celebrate strong workplace cultures. Its Best Nonprofit Workplace designation is based on direct employee survey feedback and data-driven analysis, making it a trusted measure of workplace excellence. Best Nonprofit Workplace honorees are selected based on confidential employee feedback and a comprehensive evaluation of workplace practices, benefits and culture.

This is the first year of Integrated Media Publishing’s Excellence in Nonprofits Award. This award honors organizations that demonstrate strong leadership, impactful fundraising and awareness efforts and innovative strategies that advance their mission and build community trust. SHSC was selected alongside 22 other nonprofit organizations across South Carolina for the award.
