Welch Promoted to Regional Manager at Homeowners Mortgage

COLUMBIA, SC – May 8, 2012 – Wonida Welch is new regional manager at Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises. She most recently served as branch manager and mortgage loan originator with the company. Welch’s regional management duties will include overseeing branch operations in three markets – Columbia, Charleston and Sumter, S.C. – for the full-service regional mortgage-banking firm headquartered in Columbia.

Welch is a veteran of the mortgage industry with more than 20 years of experience and has been recognized as Top Loan Officer (2007) by the S.C. State Housing Authority and Mortgage Banker of the Year (2001). Welch credits a dedication to customer service and a passion for helping families purchase their first home as factors that motivate her work.
