Well Walkers dates announced for September

Bon Secours St. Francis Health System and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena have announced September dates for their Well Walkers program.
While walking outside is a great way to stay active, lose weight, or maintain a healthy lifestyle, the weather can sometimes pose a challenge. So, the health system and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena have teamed up to provide the community with access to a perfect space to beat the heat and still stay active.
Here are the event dates for September:
- Tuesday, September 3
- Thursday, September 5
- Tuesday, September 10
- Thursday, September 12
- Tuesday, September 17
- Thursday, September 19
- Tuesday, September 24
On the above listed dates, the arena concourse will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for anyone in the community who wants to have a temperature-controlled space to exercise. Each loop around the concourse is a quarter mile, making it easy to get your daily step goals accomplished. Well Walkers is a free event & you can just show up – no registration or prior notice is required.
Free parking for Well Walkers participants is provided in the VIP lot at the arena, located off Church Street.
