Will Russell, CPA to serve as Treasurer & Secretary and Finance Committee Chair for the Charleston Regional Development Alliance 2022 Board of Directors

William A. Russell III, Principal with the Charleston-based accounting and business advisory firm of Jarrard Nowell & Russell LLC, will serve as Treasurer & Secretary and Finance Committee Chair for the Charleston Regional Development Alliance (CRDA) 2022 Board of Directors.

Russell has over twenty-five years of experience in corporate financial management and captive insurance company management. Will began his career as assistant treasurer for Charleston-based Cameron & Barkley Company and has served as director of treasury and risk management for Hagemeyer North American, Inc. Previously he served as assistant vice president with Marsh Management Services, Inc. (a division of Marsh & McLennan).
His experience includes the design and implementation of treasury systems, alternative financing structures and cash flow modeling. He also has worked in the captive management industry where he was responsible for managing over 30 clients with assets in excess of $500 million.

This is Russell’s 3rd year serving on the Board of the CRDA. In his new post as Treasurer & Secretary and Finance committee chair, he will continue to combine broad industry expertise with extensive knowledge of corporate treasury systems, business valuation, and due diligence work, to help lead and grow the CRDA.
